Typical Finishes offered
  • Powdercoating, usually Alesta ® AP / Teodur ® AP,  Interpon, IGP, Tiger – But we can offer almost all UK available PPC finishes. (3m standard max length, ‘specials’ upto 5m) 
  • 2K Wet Paint Finishing 
  • Priming
  • PPC Colour Changes on FI Hardware from the likes of Hafele / Allgood etc.
  • Applying Brushed Finishes To Stainless, Alu, Brass & Copper  (All where possible) 
  • Galvanising
 
Works that we currently do not offer:
  • Mirror Polished Works ( Skirtings are fine )
  • Anodised Work 
  • Plated Or PVD Finished Work  ( Prefinished PVD sheet work that is cut and folded only – may be feasible, each project is assessed on its merits )
  • Patina’s on Brass, Copper or Bronze. 
  • Works in Real Bronze
  • Scorefolding In excess of 100mm H (We have something were working on so this may change shortly)
  • Instalation 
 
Other notes
Forming the heart of our operations we have a 4 metre CNC for Milling, Drilling & Tapping. (4/5 axis)
Superb when used on MS or Alu framing  & 
on PPC Sections ( PPC ANGLES /  FLATS / CHANNELS / T’s Etc)
Where perforations, holes, csk’s or tapped holes are required, this machine has pushed our capabilities to new Heights
